Jesse Simon is a seasoned hospitality professional who currently serves as the General Manager at the waterfront View restaurant. Their career began at 15 as a Mate and Deckhand on charter boats, which sparked a lifelong passion for guest experiences. Over the years, Jesse progressed through various roles in the restaurant industry, from server to General Manager at places like JT’s Farmhouse and Piccolo of Huntington. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University and have gained extensive experience in both hospitality and sales across diverse settings. At the View, Jesse and their team continue to create unforgettable dining experiences in a seaside atmosphere.
