Joseph Reigadas

Joseph Reigadas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and investment banking. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and leading Project Management for New Initiatives at Leste Group since July 2022, Joseph previously held the position of Vice President in Investment Banking at Nomura from April 2018 to August 2020, where focus was on execution and transaction management. Prior roles include Associate in Legal and Compliance at both Nomura Asset Management and Nomura, with significant responsibilities in regulatory compliance and advisory capacities. Early career experiences include legal internships at FINRA and the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, along with consultancy work at Empire Consultants. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Valparaiso University.
