Catalina Bonilla

Catalina Bonilla currently serves as an Integration Aide at Lester B. Pearson School Board since September 2019. Prior to this role, Catalina held the position of Leadership and Talent Acquisition Manager at Scotiabank Costa Rica from October 2010 to June 2014, where responsibilities included developing and implementing leadership and training programs, as well as managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Catalina's career in human resources began at Scotiabank from June 2004 to June 2014. Catalina holds a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma Monterrey, Costa Rica, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
