They started their career in 1994 at Uniboard Canada Inc, where they held various roles including IT Director and Technical Supervisor. In these positions, they were responsible for software development, SAP expertise, team management, and project management. They also played a key role in implementing SAP systems and managing resources for development projects. In 2019, they joined Lesters as the IT Director.
