Graham Fisher has a diverse range of work experience in leadership and governance roles. Graham served as a Trustee for The Architectural Heritage Fund starting in 2019. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation from 2017. In 2015, they became a Fellow of The RSA. Before that, they were the Chief Executive of Toynbee Hall from 2008 to 2017. Graham also served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Cardboard Citizens from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they were a Trustee for Cambridge House from 2005 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Graham held positions such as Chief Executive of MLA London, Director of London Libraries Development Agency, and Regional Planning and Partnership Manager at the Legal Services Commission. Graham was also appointed as a Fairness Commissioner for the Tower Hamlets Fairness Commission in 2012.
Graham Fisher completed their O levels at Ysgol Bryn Alyn from 1977 to 1982. Graham then attended Yale VIth Form College from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained A levels in Economics, Sociology, and Law. Fisher pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Applied Social Science at Kingston University from 1986 to 1989. In 1996, they enrolled at The Open University and completed a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from 1996 to 1998.
