Adam Edwards

Adam Edwards is currently the Director of Recruiting & Analytics at Spotlight. Adam has also previously worked as a Recruiting Manager - Direct Hire Team at Robert Half Technology, National IT Recruiter at Modis, and a Coordinator of Membership and Assessment at Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. In their role as coordinator, they were responsible for screening undergraduates and conducting membership reviews to determine eligibility and candidacy strength. Adam also conducted attendee evaluations for all Fraternity leadership conferences and made recommendations for future programs. In addition, they facilitated leadership seminars on brand identity, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and efficient operational procedures. Furthermore, they managed the Fraternity accreditation process through data collection, assessment, and review of 90 awards applications annually. Lastly, they oversaw and maintained a database with 120,000 alumni records, individual contact logs, and chapter records.

Adam Edwards has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
