Chris Smaldone

Chris Smaldone is the current CEO- COO at Spotlight. Prior to this, they were the Vice President at Statera from May 2002 to June 2009. There, they were responsible for leading the business and executive leadership teams, defining solutions and services, developing new offices, managing clients, and leading projects. Chris also oversaw hiring, consultant management, and internal technology solutions. From January 1999 to December 2002, they were the Vice President at XOR Inc. There they defined services, managed clients and consultants, and developed partner relationships. Chris also focused on Java and J2EE technologies, BEA, IBM, and ATG solutions, as well as infrastructure services for Microsoft and Unix. Chris began their career in 1994 as a consultant for BDM Technologies and then Perot Systems. In 1995 they became a Director at Raymond James Consulting.

Chris Smaldone's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.
