Karey Larson

Karey Larson is the Director of Recruiting at Spotlight. Karey has over 19 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management, and was most recently the Recruiting Manager at Qwinix Technologies. Prior to that, Karey spent 18 years at Statera, Inc., where they were the Talent Acquisition Manager. Karey has a wealth of experience in managing all aspects of recruiting, and is an expert in moving companies to the Cloud, CRM, web and mobile platforms, and collaboration software. Karey is dedicated to helping their clients find the best possible IT solutions to meet their needs on time and on budget.

Karey Larson has a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. Karey is certified from AIRS in AIRS CSSR- Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter.

They are on a team with Ivy Klusmeier - Accounting Specialist, Lynn Ellis - Director of Recruiting, and Ashley Connolly - Director of Recruiting. Karey Larson reports to Chris Smaldone, CEO- COO.
