Rao Desu is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Cloud Financials and related applications. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Spotlight Inc. since February 2023, Rao has also held senior consulting positions at SS Global LLC and Navisite, where expertise in Oracle Financials Fusion and EBS Applications was applied. Previously, Rao worked for Frontera Consulting, TechLink, Inc., and GE Capital, focusing on Oracle Financial Applications and systems delivery. With a solid foundation in project management, Rao has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects and functional implementations, contributing significantly to various organizations' financial systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and a Bachelor's degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
