Rich Little

Rich Little is an experienced sales executive with a strong background in the information technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Spotlight Inc. since May 2023, Rich focuses on delivering a unique concierge consultancy experience to clients. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Vice President of Sales at Improving and was Global Vice President of Sales at Zigatta, leading initiatives in product engineering, cyber security, and digital transformation. Rich's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Catapult Staffing, Verity Recruiting, DISYS, and Teksystems, where responsibilities spanned business development, operational management, and sales strategy across multiple regions. Rich holds an Associate of Arts from Maplewoods Community College and has pursued further education at Missouri State University.
