James Heywood

James Heywood currently serves as Chief of Staff at Let's Do This since February 2024. Prior to this role, James held positions at Zwift as part of the Strategy, Growth & Partnerships team from May 2021 to February 2024, and worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) between February 2020 and May 2021. James has experience in venture architecture, having been seconded to BCG Digital Ventures as a Senior Venture Architect and served on the founding team of heycar UK, a venture aimed at transforming the UK used car market. James's consulting background at BCG includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate. In addition, James co-founded Fettl, a company focused on enhancing SMEs' employee wellbeing and development. Early career experiences include internships and roles at Canaccord Genuity, BMW Group, and Riversimple. James earned a Master of Engineering degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford from 2011 to 2015.
