Xin Chen

Xin Chen has extensive experience in financial leadership roles. They started their career at Nova Ukraine in 2022, where they served as the Head of Finance and Acting CFO. During their time there, they successfully established strong financial and accounting control for large-scale donations and annual transactions. Prior to that, Xin worked at Evolve Squads in 2023 as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer, providing complex CFO services and delivering overall leadership in financial matters. Before that, Xin held the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer at Let's Enhance and Reply.io, where they provided complex CFO services and partnered with founders to define strategic initiatives. Xin also founded FinOps.Company in 2015, where they served as the Founder and CEO, as well as Interim CFO for clients. In this role, they provided financial leadership to over 50 clients, managed international finance and legal teams, and ensured strategic alignment across teams.

Xin Chen attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1998 to 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Politics & Philosophy.
