The Program Management Team at Let's Get Ready oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that provide near-peer mentorship, free SAT preparation, and college admission counseling to students from low-income backgrounds. They coordinate with trained college student mentors, manage partnerships, and ensure that all initiatives effectively support students in gaining admission to and graduating from college.
