Tiffany Vu has a diverse range of work experience. Tiffany is currently working at Highlight as a Senior Community Operations Associate, where they analyze issues within a product tester community, resolves support tickets, and improves ticket resolution time. Prior to this, they worked at WarnerMedia as a Projects Test Analyst, where they administered Jira Cloud and Confluence, built solutions through front-end configurations, and managed the Confluence knowledge base. Tiffany also served as a Payroll Projects Consultant at WarnerMedia, supporting project management and creating automation rules. In addition, Tiffany has experience working at the California Alcoholic Beverage Control as an IT Student Assistant, providing technical support to employees and assisting with computer migrations. Tiffany also worked at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician, supporting employees with technical issues and maintaining software and operating system patches. Before that, they worked at Tyson Foods as a Senior Specialist in Enterprise Inventory Management, analyzing inventory discrepancies and conducting software testing. Tiffany also has internship experience at the City of Olathe as a Resource Management Intern and at Hyatt Regency as a Human Resources Intern, where they performed various tasks related to project planning, recruitment, and employee onboarding.

Tiffany Vu attended East High School and completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2014. Tiffany then enrolled in Wichita State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from 2014 to 2018.

Aside from their formal education, Tiffany also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Confluence Fundamentals certification from Atlassian. In 2020, they acquired the IT Service Desk: Customer Service Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the Introduction to Cloud Computing for IT Pros course, also from LinkedIn.
