Shanan Ramlall

Shanan Ramlall serves as a Senior Manager at Letsema since October 2018, with significant expertise in project management and change management across diverse business sectors. Currently, Shanan is also the Managing Director at The Regis Company, which specializes in simulation-centric solutions for business performance challenges. Previous roles include General Manager of Africa at Executive Perspectives, where strategic planning through business simulations was a focus, and various positions at Letsema, Landmark Group, and BTS, all emphasizing management consulting and organizational development. Shanan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies, and is pursuing an MBA in Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy at Milpark Business School.
