Geoffrey Korir

Geoffrey Korir is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent financial institutions in Kenya. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Letshego Kenya Limited since 2017, Geoffrey has played a key role in advancing the largest credit-only microfinance institution in the country. Prior to this, Geoffrey held the position of Deputy CFO at Ecobank Kenya Ltd from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities included regional finance management and compliance oversight. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Reporting Accountant at Equity Bank Limited and Management Accountant at both Orange and Nation Media Group. Geoffrey began his career as a Management Accountant at Total, focusing on financial analysis and reporting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Certified Public Accountant certification from Visions Institute, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kenyatta University.
