Paulo Andrade

Paulo Andrade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Letshego, including Product Manager: Lending and Head of Group Lifestyle Products, Andrade has demonstrated expertise in managing strategic programmes, optimising channel performance, and implementing customer journey models. Past roles include Acting CEO of Letshego Mozambique and Head of Operations at Integer Capital, where Andrade contributed to organisational vision and operational strategy. An early career at Blue Financial Services and Busnet Finance established a strong foundation in executive management and project execution. Andrade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Johannesburg.
