Francisco Lareo is the Head of HR at Make, where they provide strategic and hands-on leadership to optimize the People function in a rapidly growing, product-driven environment. With over 15 years of experience in HR, they have previously worked as an HR Business Partner at peoplepath and Baker McKenzie, where they led key initiatives in talent development and organizational effectiveness. Francisco also held various roles at DHL, focusing on employee engagement and HR digital transformation. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees in Human Resources from Universidad del CEMA, Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, and Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales.
