Yaswant Rajkumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. As the Founder of YLV Investments since September 2013, Yaswant has focused on establishing long-term strategies, securing resources, and maintaining consistent performance. Concurrently, Yaswant has held various leadership roles at LetsTransport since August 2017, including Associate Director, National Operations Manager, Regional Head, and City Head. Prior to this, experience includes roles as Deputy Area Manager and Operations Manager at Grofers, where Yaswant managed multi-tier teams and operational performance. Additional experience includes a Visual Merchandising Coordinator position at Hollister Co. and a Technical Executive role at Sutherland Global Services. Yaswant holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola College.
