Bill Baumgardner

Bill Baumgardner has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a project manager at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. since 1997, where roles have included management positions in manufacturing engineering and new product introduction, as well as design engineering. In addition to this long-standing career, Bill Baumgardner has been self-employed and retired since April 2017, operating under the business name Chars Favorite Things. Bill Baumgardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University between 1994 and 1997.
