Shawn Daliposon has extensive experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing support, having worked at Leupold + Stevens, Inc. since 2000. In current roles as Manager of Facilities Maintenance and Manager of Tooling & MRO, Shawn oversees critical areas such as maintenance, tooling, and support for sporting optics production. Previous positions include Supervisor of MRO & Tool Crib and Commodity Specialist. Prior to this, Shawn served as Manufacturing Support Services Supervisor and Design Drafter at Leupold + Stevens, modifying 3D models and drawings. Early career experience includes drafting at Charles M. Rose & Associates and service as an Aircraft Weapons & Munitions Specialist with the California Air National Guard. Educational qualifications include a BS in Operations Management from Oregon Institute of Technology and an AS in Electro-Mechanical Design and Drafting from Mission College.
