Miriam Groener has over 30 years of experience at Leuze electronic GmbH + Co. KG, where currently serves as the Head of Industrial Engineering Change Service. In this role, responsibilities include managing a team of five and overseeing global operations across Germany, China, Malaysia, and the USA, focusing on the creation and modification of manufacturing materials and documentation, prototype building, time management, process optimizations, and the implementation of new projects. Previous positions held include Industrial Engineering Services - Product, where tasks involved prototyping for serial assembly and training production staff, as well as roles in production overseeing staff allocation and ensuring timely completion of orders. Educational qualifications include training as an electronics technician, mechanical engineering, and advanced degrees as a mechatronics master. Additional professional training includes a REFA Grundausbildung.
