Derek Scharadin

Derek Scharadin is a seasoned professional in financial planning and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and Vice President of Operations at Lev Group since October 2018. Prior to Lev Group, Derek held the position of Managing Director at Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, overseeing operational and financial responsibilities for locations in Las Vegas and Sacramento from June 2014 to September 2018. Earlier in Derek's career, roles included General Manager of Toro Toro Restaurant and Bar at the InterContinental Miami and Restaurant Manager at Rusty Pelican, where Derek contributed to the successful re-branding of the iconic establishment. Derek holds a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University and has furthered education at Cornell University and the Court of Master Sommeliers.
