Donald Pavlov is the current Director of Capital Markets at Lev. Donald has over seven years of experience in the real estate industry.

Donald started their career as a Procurement Intern at Forest City Realty Trust. Donald then became an Agency Analytics Analyst at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC. After that, they were an Associate at Mission Capital Advisors where they worked on commercial loan and property sales.

In 2019, Donald became a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in the Real Estate Solutions Group. Donald then transitioned to Newmark in November 2019 and served as an Associate Director in their Debt & Structured Finance department until November 2021.

Donald Pavlov attended Cornell University where they studied Industrial and Labor Relations and minored in Business and Real Estate. Donald later attended St. Edward High School. For continuing education, they took courses in bankruptcy, workouts, and reorganizations at New York University as well as courses in managing a commercial loan portfolio. Donald is certified by the Atlus Group in ARGUS Enterprise Public Training 2-Day (DCF and Enterprise) and by Real Estate Financial Modeling in REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate (With Distinction).
