Arlene de la Cruz

Arlene De La Cruz has a wealth of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on management roles. Arlene started their career with Gap Inc. in 1998 as a General Manager, where they worked for over a decade. In 2012, they transitioned to Starbucks, where they held various positions including Store Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Managing Director. In 2018, they took on a new role at Starbucks Coffee Company/Siren Retail as the Assistant Managing Director of the NYC Roastery. Currently, Arlene has become the Director of Operations at Levain Bakery since 2023. Overall, their extensive experience and dedication to their work make their a strong asset in the retail field.
