Michael Anthony is an experienced baker currently employed at Levain Bakery since May 2023. Previously, Michael worked at Gettysburg College from June 2013 to May 2023 in various roles within dining services, including assistant pastry chef, prep cook, caterer, delivery driver, and dish room attendant. Additional experience includes working as a prep cook at Indiana Country Club from September 2018 to December 2019 and as a deli associate at Martin's Grocery from October 2017 to May 2018. An externship in baking and pastry was completed at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in 2017 after culinary school. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and two certificates in Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts, all obtained from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
