Ashlee Yea has extensive work experience as an Executive Assistant, primarily supporting high-level executives. Ashlee began their career in 1995 working in various event and corporate event management positions as an Event Manager. In 2011, they transitioned to being an Executive Assistant at CBRE, a role they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Mirvac, initially as an Executive Assistant and later as a C-suite Executive Assistant. In 2021, they joined Aventus Group as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, a position they held until 2022. Ashlee then moved to Colliers in 2022, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Investment Services. In 2023, they joined Levande as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Chief Executive Officer.

In 1994, Ashlee Yea attended the Australian Careers Business College, where they completed an Advanced Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management.
