Monique Azar

Monique Azar is an experienced professional in property development and valuation, currently serving as an Assistant Development Manager at Levande since August 2022, following the acquisition of Stockland's Retirement Living Business by EQT Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Monique held similar positions as Assistant Development Manager at Stockland and Assistant Project Manager at McDonald's. Monique began a career in property as an Assistant Valuer at m3property, contributing to the valuation of major retail assets, and also worked as a Property Analyst at Developcorp, assisting in decision-making processes for mixed-use residential developments. Monique holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
