Noa Keren

Noa Keren has extensive work experience in human resources management. Noa most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Levanon Kogan (LK) since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Maman from November 2015 to May 2019. Noa also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Shohar Davidoff Group from August 2011 to September 2015. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the HR Manager at meniv Corporation. Noa's earlier career includes roles as a Recruitment Manager at Adecco Tafkid-Plus Israel from 2002 to 2008, and as the Recruitment Manager at Horizon Technologies Software Home from 1999 to 2003. Noa began their career as a Recruitment Supervisor at M.I.T e-Solutions GmbH from 1998 to 1999.

Noa Keren obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science Approaches from The College for Management in 1998. Noa then pursued various Master's Degrees, including one in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2016, and another in Business Administration Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2015. From 2011 to 2011, they attended The College for Management and The Israeli Center for Management to enhance their knowledge of financial statement analysis and labor laws, respectively. Noa later completed a Course for "Skill Management Development" at The College for Behavioral Science Approaches in 2004. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Noa Keren obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in labor law from Tel Aviv University.
