Rohit Raj

Rohit Raj is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and project finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and M&A at Levanta Renewables since June 2023, where leadership is focused on M&A activities in Southeast Asia. Previously, Rohit was an Investment Manager at BERKELEY ENERGY, overseeing capital raises and managing renewable energy investments across eight countries in Asia. Rohit has held senior roles at Asia Power Development Platform and GE Energy Financial Services, successfully structuring significant investments in solar and wind projects across India, Japan, Vietnam, and other regions. Early career experiences include working as a Project Finance Associate at Standard Chartered Bank and a Manager of Process Engineering at Reliance Industries Limited. Rohit holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
