Erik Pienknagura

Erik Pienknagura currently serves as Service Support Supervisor North America at Levare International Limited, with a focus on leading international efforts related to ESP test equipment and advising management on testing needs. Previously, Erik held roles at ChampionX Artificial Lift as ESP Optimization Engineer and ESP Application Engineer, where significant improvements in installation success rates and internal process efficiencies were achieved. Erik has participated actively in industry outreach and education through organizations such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and has contributed to research in petroleum engineering, leading projects on automation and production optimization at the University of Oklahoma. Erik holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed study abroad programs in various prestigious institutions.
