Brandon Horsfall has a diverse work experience, primarily in customer success and sales roles. Brandon recently joined Level 3 Audiovisual as the Director of Customer Success & Support, where their responsibilities include leading, educating, and developing agents to reach their potential and implementing strategies to increase revenue and operations. Previously, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and a Sales Executive at Level 3 Audiovisual. Before that, Brandon spent over 12 years at GoDaddy, where they held various positions within the Customer Care organization and demonstrated their skills in leading, educating, and developing teams to drive results and revenue.

From 2008 to 2009, Brandon Horsfall attended DeVry University, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administration. Brandon did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2023 and the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA in May 2022.
