Previously, as a Commercial Audio Visual Project Manager at the same company, Michael successfully led over 20 projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. Michael's entrepreneurial experience as the owner of HomeTech Innovations included managing all aspects of the business and subcontracting AV projects. Additional roles include serving as a Site Superintendent at Ford AV, a Fabricator and Installer at Morgan Sign, and a Lead Audio/Visual Technician at Cen-Vac Systems and Level 3 Audio Visual, showcasing a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and customer relations in the audio-visual field.
