George Jr Lenz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in invoicing and billing management. Currently serving as a Contract Billing Specialist at Level 3 Audiovisual since August 2022, George previously held various positions at RR Donnelley from August 2008 to June 2022, culminating as Invoicing Solutions Supervisor, where oversight included 75,000 invoices worth $830 million annually and supervision of teams both in the US and India. Earlier roles involved effective communication with clients and department collaboration, the use of Excel and SAP for tracking and reconciliation, and process improvement in invoicing. George began a career at Swagelok as a Lead Shipping Clerk from August 1998 to August 2006, demonstrating strong organizational skills in shipping and receiving operations. George holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Niagara County Community College.
