Helen Henriques, CHRP, is a customer-centric leader with extensive experience enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement in various industries. They have served as an instructor for the Human Resources Management Certificate program at HRPA from 2008 to 2019 and held key roles at eSSENTIAL Accessibility, including Director of Customer Success and Vice President of Customer Strategy & Growth until 2022. Currently, Helen is the Vice President of Customer Experience & Strategy at Level Access and serves as an HR Advisor on the Board of Directors for Seneca Students Federation. They are pursuing a BA in Political Science and Business from the University of Toronto while also working towards a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca College.
