Nicole McTheny

Nicole McTheny has extensive experience in content and communications. Nicole currently holds the position of Senior Director of Content and Communications at Level Access, a role they started in 2021. Nicole is also the Founder of McTheny PR & Communications, where they utilize their skills to elevate mission-driven brands through powerful public relations and storytelling. Prior to this, Nicole has held various positions, including Director of Content and Communications at eSSENTIAL Accessibility from 2021 to 2022, and Director of Brand Marketing at AudioEye, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Nicole has also served as Director of External Affairs and Communications at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from 2014 to 2018, and as Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Arizona Commerce Authority from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as the Director of Public Relations at Ellman Realty, an Account Manager at The McRae Agency, and in Marketing Communications at Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance. Nicole started their professional journey in 1999 as an Anchor/Reporter at News 8 Austin, where they anchored nightly newscasts, generated stories, and wrote and edited scripts.

Nicole McTheny attended Texas State University-San Marcos from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism.
