Larry Leon

Larry Leon has extensive experience in the landscaping industry, starting in 2006. Larry began their career at ValleyCrest Companies as a Region Manager, responsible for managing operations in four branch locations in the DC market. Larry handled various aspects of the business, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, customer service, productivity, recruiting, safety, administrative accuracy, training, and compliance. Larry held this position until December 2009.

Following their role at ValleyCrest Companies, Larry joined BrightView Landscapes as a Region Sales Leader. In this role, they oversaw business development in the Mid Atlantic Marketplace, specifically in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Larry coordinated sales efforts between multiple branches and focused on driving customer service and retention. Larry successfully held this position for over 12 years, until December 2018.

Most recently, Larry Leon joined Level Green Landscaping as the Director of Business Development. Larry'sprimary responsibility is driving growth and retention within the organization by providing professional and proactive services to a diverse commercial client base. Level Green Landscaping has maintained a strong client retention rate of 95% over the past 15 years. Larry's role involves delivering top-flight service experiences in today's hectic business environment. Larry has been in this position since January 2018.

Larry Leon attended the University of Maryland from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy.
