Jessica Steadman

Jessica Steadman's work experience begins in 2013 as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Ragsdale Mary Perry Family YMCA. Jessica worked in this role until 2015. In 2015, they became a Lifeguard at Florida Gulf Coast University and held the position until 2016. During the summer of 2016, Jessica worked as a Lifeguard and Camp Counselor at Victory Junction. Later in 2016, they became a Swim Instructor at Swimtastic Swim School and remained until 2017. In 2017, Jessica started working at Asset Living as a Community Assistant, and in 2019 they transitioned to the role of Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager. From 2020 to 2021, Jessica served as the Leasing & Marketing Manager. After leaving Asset Living, they joined Cardinal Group Management in 2021 as an Assistant Community Manager. Finally, in 2023, Jessica began working at Level Home Inc. as a Community Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Community Success Manager.

Jessica Steadman attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Public Health. Their field of study during this time was Public Health.
