Roger Young

Roger Young has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Roger is currently the Executive Vice President of Hospitality at Level Hospitality since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at SB Yen Management Group from January 2015 to July 2019. Roger also founded Young Hospitality Staffing Inc. in 2012 and grew it into a million-dollar company within 2 years. Before that, they held various management positions at First Hospitality Group, including General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown, AGM at theWit Hotel, and General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown. Roger also worked at Embassy Suites, White Lodging Services, Lake Buena Vista Palace resort, Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels in earlier stages of their career.

Roger Young received an AS in Hotel Management from Vincennes University between 1985 and 1987.
