After many years in education, Cathy joined an EdTech startup, where she quickly found a passion for technology and customer success. Working closely with both customers and developers, she is adept at Agile Development methodologies and a skilled translator of business needs. Following acquisition by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) in 2014, she led new product initiatives to expand HMH’s developer and customer ecosystem. She most recently served as an IT leader at HMH, where her hands-on, collaborative, ‘move forward’ approach to tech projects resulted in the on-time, smooth shipping of Field Service Lightning capabilities for HMH’s Services teams in the Salesforce.com platform.
