Level 10 Construction
Josue Vargas is a Senior Project Engineer at Level 10 Construction, with a tenure starting in February 2022. Previously, Josue served as a Project Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten from April 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing overall project cost and the change order process for confidential clients, as well as reviewing and processing change orders for Mountain View Hospital. Josue holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics and Engineering from West Valley College.
