Stephen Hollingshead

Stephen Hollingshead has held a variety of roles in the financial and political sectors. In 2009, they began as Managing Director at Candor LLC. In 2014, they ran for US Congress as a candidate for Hollingshead for Congress. In 2015, they were a Republican Candidate for Virginia's 33rd State Senate District for Hollingshead for Senate. In 2016, they became Chairman of the Advisory Board for Fraternitas, LLC, a microfinance company. In 2017, they were CEO of ChangeInEx, Inc., a fintech startup using Blockchain/biometric technology to solve the derisking crisis in developing markets. That same year, they were also Director General of Brillantegia S de RL de CV. Additionally, they were Managing Director of IraqHaven.org (formerly The Haven Project) and Advisory Board Member at the new College of Engineering at Houston Baptist University. In 2013, they were an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. and in 2022, they became an Independent Director at LevelField Financial.

Stephen Hollingshead has completed a variety of educational experiences. Stephen began their academic career at Pearland High School, graduating in 1986. Stephen then attended the University of Houston, where they earned a B.S. in Political Science in 1990. Following this, they pursued a M.A. in Political Science at Marquette University, which they completed in 1992. Stephen continued their studies at Marquette, earning a Ph.D. in Politics, Philosophy, and Literature in 1996.
