Dr Ahmed Shawky

Dr. Ahmed Shawky is the Founder and CEO of LevelUp ESG®, an intelligence-driven platform that enhances the integration of ESG and GRC data for credible business intelligence. With a rich background in sustainability assurance and strategic leadership, Dr. Shawky serves as a Technical Committee Member for The ESG Exchange and is a member of The Global Committee for Research, Innovation, and Education at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. An academic with experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Doha for Science & Technology and as a Sloan Fellow at London Business School, Dr. Shawky has held key executive roles including Executive Director & Chief Audit Executive at Sidra Medicine and Senior Manager at PwC. Dr. Shawky holds multiple degrees including a Doctorate in Sustainability Assurance from Durham University and emlyon business school, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, and an Executive Leadership degree from Harvard Business School.
