Joe Moore

Joe Moore has 23 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Joe started their career in 1998 at IEC, Inc. / Meritage Technologies as a Partner / Practice Director where they managed a team of 25 on Lotus Notes projects for clients such as Eli Lilly, OneAmerica, and Simon Property Group. Joe also served as a System Architect & Consultant for a Microsoft Exchange to Lotus Domino R5 migration project for Raytheon and successfully performed a Domino R4 to R5 application migration for Cummins Engine Company.

In 2004, they joined Perficient as a Managing / Technical Director, where they directed technical planning and oversaw multiple phases of software application development. Joe also played a key role in assisting management with a merger and managing the technical staff.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at BCforward as a Director, Solution Delivery, where they developed solutions-oriented proposals, implemented technology solutions, and collaborated with internal and external resources to deliver effective business solutions.

In 2018, they joined TCC Software Solutions as a Project Manager III and worked there until 2021.

Currently, they are working at Lev / Cognizant as a Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise PMO, leading and managing Salesforce projects for enterprise customers. Joe works closely with clients and project teams to translate business objectives into achievable timelines that maximize the investment in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Joe Moore earned an MBA degree in Finance from an undisclosed institution from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from an unknown school between 1989 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, Joe has pursued several certifications. Joe became a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in December 2021. Furthermore, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2023, and as a Certified SAFe 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2023.
