Traci Flitcraft's work experience begins in 2012 at Salesforce, where they held two positions. As a Senior Business Consultant, they created and implemented strategic roadmaps for brands such as Carnival Cruise Line and Nike. Traci also provided clients with customer communication development methods and marketing strategies. As a Senior Campaign Manager, they collaborated with cross-functional teams, optimized email marketing campaigns, and implemented a more efficient campaign process.

In 2018, Traci joined Pierry Inc., a Wunderman Thompson Company, as a Senior Manager in Managed Services. Traci managed diverse cross-functional teams and oversaw digital marketing campaign management solutions for clients such as Volkswagen and Ford. Traci facilitated new contracts amounting to over $4 million in revenue.

In 2020, Traci transitioned to Wunderman Thompson's Salesforce Center of Excellence as a Strategic Business Solutions Manager. In this role, they developed pre-sales opportunities, developed case studies, and delivered sales pitches and proposals to C-Level executives. Traci successfully facilitated new contracts generating over $4 million in revenue annually.

Later in 2020, Traci joined MARTEK Ventures as a Managed Services Partner, where they drove success through identifying business drivers, designing experiences, and creating strategies to achieve financial targets of $2 million within Managed Services.

In 2021, Traci joined ListEngage as a Strategy Consultant. Traci led the development of marketing strategy components for clients within the Salesforce eco-system. Traci worked cross-functionally with stakeholders and executed adoption plans to increase return on investment.

Currently, Traci is working at Lev as a Strategic Account Executive. Traci'srole involves understanding clients' needs and business goals, creating solutions that drive revenue, and researching new client opportunities.

Throughout their career, Traci has consistently demonstrated skills in new business development, employee training, program management, and strategic improvements. Traci has been recognized for their abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver valuable solutions to clients.

Traci Flitcraft earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon from 2001 to 2005. Traci later attended the Brooks Institute of Photography from 2005 to 2007, where they received an Associate of Arts degree in Visual Journalism. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
