Kelsey McWilliams is a Designer at LEVER Architecture since December 2018, with prior experience as an Architectural Designer at Mahlum from January 2017 to December 2018, and as a Designer at both MFA - Michael Flowers Architect and Hacker from February 2016 to March 2017 and October 2012 to February 2016, respectively. Kelsey also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Oregon's High Performance Environments Lab working on the Green Classroom Toolbox project in late 2010 and held an internship at CBT Architects in 2010 focusing on architectural model building and lighting analysis. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Oregon in 2012.

LEVER Architecture

LEVER Architecture is a Portland, Oregon based design firm that is dedicated to the creation of buildings that elevate human experience. LEVER is nationally recognized for material innovation and pioneering work with mass timber construction. The firm recently completed Albina Yard, the first building made from US-produced Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT). In 2017, LEVER was named to Architectural Record's Design Vanguard and the Architectural League of New York's Emerging Voices. The firm's work has been published in the Atlantic, New York Times, Surface, and Dwell among others; and was recently featured in "Timber City,"​ an exhibition at the National Building Museum on Washington DC.
