Lever for Change
Kristen J. Molyneaux, Ph.D., serves as the President of Lever for Change since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and driving the organization’s mission to enhance philanthropic resources for social change globally. Previously, Kristen held various leadership roles at the MacArthur Foundation, contributing significantly to the creation and implementation of the 100&Change initiative, which awarded substantial grants to address major social issues. Kristen's extensive experience in program management spans multiple organizations, including the Firelight Foundation and Emory University, and encompasses a strong focus on education policy, social impact, and philanthropic innovation. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree from Florida State University.
