Digvijay Gagneja

Digvijay Gagneja has a range of work experience in different roles and organizations. Digvijay is currently the Co-founder and Global COO at Leverage Edu, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the COO & UK Director at Leverage Edu from September 2021 to February 2023, and the Chief Operating Officer from February 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Leverage Edu, Digvijay worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from April 2016 to February 2020. Digvijay also has experience as an Investment Professional at Matrix Partners from June 2015 to March 2016, and as an Assistant Manager, Operations at ITC Ltd. from June 2011 to April 2014. Digvijay started their career as a Summer Intern at the University at Buffalo in May 2009.

Digvijay Gagneja has a strong educational background. Digvijay obtained a B.Tech & M.Tech (Dual Degree) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, graduating in 2011. Digvijay then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy and Finance from the Indian School of Business in 2015. Additionally, Digvijay had the opportunity to participate in an International Exchange program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they studied for a brief period. Before their university studies, Digvijay completed their Class XII education at the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute in Delhi. Digvijay also completed their Class X education at the same institution.
