Damanpreet Tiwana

Daman joined LeverageTek as a Recruiter in February 2022. She is originally from India where she completed her MBA from Panjab University, with major in HR & Marketing. She moved to Canada in 2017 and lives in Calgary, AB (early-riser on the team). She worked for a start-up in India where she donned multiple hats at the same time, which has certainly helped her manage an array of responsibilities. This is an asset while working in recruitment as you must juggle between a lot of things through the day. She worked in customer service here in Canada and enjoys being in a customer facing profession. With recruiting, she aims at bettering her skills to mutually benefit the candidate and the organizations.
