Ratih P. has held various roles in the media and digital account management field, starting from Deputy Marketing Manager at London School Of Public Relations - Jakarta and progressing to positions such as Digital Account Lead at Publicis Groupe, Digital Social Lead at Saatchi & Saatchi, and Client Lead at Lion & Lion. Currently, Ratih is the Head of Media Account Management at Leverate Group, where they oversee media and digital account management. In addition, Ratih has experience as a lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, contributing to the development of skilled workers in the Creative Industry sector. Ratih also served as part of the SKNNI editorial team at Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia, participating in the formulation of workability standards.
